Cons: The phone freezes and the battery has to be removed to get it to work
I am on my third V325 phone. The phone freezes and the battery has to be removed to get it to work for another two days. The last time I was at Verizon getting the phone replaced I asked the Manager how many times do I have to go through this before they will do something about it. The Manager told me after the third phone I would be able to get a different model phone. I am bringing the phone back this week to see if they stand behind what they say ...
