It is a beautiful phone but everything else is horrible i have had 8 Differn't types of cell phones and i would have to say Motorola is a horrible company that apparently has a big Charger problem....not to mention i have had the phone for a week and the camera all ready dont work....i deffinatly recomend the LG ax 5000 it is a way better phone

Alright, this phone sucks. That's the summary.
Details:
My dad and I got these for work phones in his business, looking for something relatively inexpensive with a camera to allow for on-the-job documentation of details at the worksite without having to have a second piece of equipment.
1. Battery life is lower than normal. I have a personal Kyocera that lasts twice as long, with or without talking.
2. Picture quality is blurry, and often too dark or bright, and sometimes grainy. I have a bachelor's degree in a field that requires me to know my way around photographic equipment, and I'll make allowances for it being a phone with a camera rather than just a camera.
3. I and my dad are each on our 4th NEW phones of this style in two months. These were the biggest mistake in our communications network we've ever made. Each phone between the two of us has had a different problem:
a. turning itself off
b. turning itself to silent
c. freezing on startup
d. losing signal (only three bars outside the Alltell store)
e. failing to charge even with a brand-new charger in the store
f. resetting itself to defaults every hour or so
g. battery heating up when charging (as in nearly painful-hot), and this is my current one
We're trying to get different phones, but we've been told that we have to go through eight new phones EACH in order to qualify to change to a different model, even though a store employee confided to me that he sees dozens of these phones back in each week with problems similar to and in addition to the ones already listed. He said this model should be taken back to the drawing board.
In my opinion, while it looks nice, and sure it's lightweight and has a camera, the trouble this phone has caused doesn't even make it worthwhile with a price tag of free, because we've spent over six hours in the store we got these trying to get all these problems taken care of, and it's not over yet.Was this review helpful? It was my first phone.I had this phone for nearly 1 year and it was just O.K. The style is very slick,was easy to work, BUT...... the battery life, and the charger did not work so I had to get a new ones. Then this happened, the phone itself died! That means even if you do charge it, it wont work! So then I got another one. This one worked, but later on I got the LG Chocolate. This phone is good enough for your first phones.It's not high tech but it's simple. In a good way. This phone is a little over a 2 years old, so in some stores, you may not see it. I highly recommend this phone if it's your first cell phone.

Pros: good signal pretty much everywhere

I got this phone 2 years ago, and I have hated it since the second day. Oh sure, it looks great when you're in the store and buying it, but, eventually, you hate it. First off, its battery life, is just horrible. I mean HORRIBLE! And it gets worse over time as you charge it more often, its just plain annoying. And the sound it makes when its dying, oh geez, its SO loud and SO annoying, and theres no way to turn it off. Secondly, the camera, is a piece of ****. Its blurry, you can only store like 20 photos because theres like 50 really bad graphic photos that come with the phone that you can't delete no matter what. Theres no flash, its a horrible camera. The feautres are just awful, bad ringtones, no games. The only good part about the phone that I can vouch is that it has a good signal pretty much everywhere, you can get a signal upstate where no one else can, and all that. But for some reaosn I think its just Verizon, not the phone. Also, the phone is pretty small and if you drop it or it gets wet, chances are it'll still work fine. Personally, I'm telling you, DO NOT GET THIS PHONE.

i liked the phone alot but until it started to not even charge at all. And the battery life is bad like first when i wake up it has full bars then in like 2 hours later it is beeping saying it has low battery i wouldnt recommened this phone

I have been pretty angry with my phone lately. I haven't even had the phone a whole year yet. The battery quickly drains after having charged the phone all night. The phone will not stay on throughout one entire day because the battery will give out and turn off the phone. Lately, it's been dropping my calls because the battery will drain. I am really hoping something is done about it because I know other people with this phone that have the exact same problems with it. I need a phone at school and this is definitely not serving it's purpose.
The picture quality sucks. There really is no point in taking pictures with the phone because images are so distorted from their real color and look that it doesn't serve the purpose of taking a photo.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoMs

this is a creat phone, and the voice cammands do work someone said they dont,,,it was in a review to but i disagree with them.... the batttery life is a little short but i got one of the charge to goes things... the only thing thats ok is the camera it takes ok pics, and i like the fact that when you have the headset pluged in it picks up within 2,5, or 10 secs if u have it set.... all features work just fine,,,, love the phone, hoping cricket gets the razer soon,,,, best phone for cricket so far
