    SPECTACULAR MOBILE PHONE

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 4, 2006 | 23 out of 24 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: Style, Sound Quality, Backlit Keypad, Vibrant Display

Cons: Battery - Poor Talk Time & Standby Time

I am 100% satisfied with Motorola Razr V3m and highly recommend this phone to everyone searching for a quality mobile phone. The sound quality, speakerphone, backlit keypad in blue/green/red, vibrant video display and ultra-thin style make this p...hone a winner. The only con would be the poor talk time and standby time for Motorola V3m with standard battery. Having read several reviews indicating this prior to purchasing my Razr V3m, I opted to purchase an extended life battery. As a result of this, I am pleased to report that the Motorola Razr V3m with extended life battery charges quickly, has excellent talk time and standby time. The stylish exterior of this ultra-thin mobile phone comes in a variety of colors, which include silver, black, magenta, blue and gray. I opted for the gray, which is a medium steel gray color, which accentuates the laser etched backlit keypad and gives it a sturdy feel. Side buttons on flip portion of phone make adjusting volume, speakerphone, etc. a pleasure. The internal antenna is excellent. Verizon Wireless offers this phone with V Cast, Navigator (GPS), Get It Now! and other features. Text messaging with T-9 is a delight. The standard ringtones with this phone are more than adequate. Be sure to get plenty of package minutes, as you will enjoy using your Motorola Razr V3m. I can hardly go anywhere with this mobile phone without getting favorable comments and questions. It puts other phones in its category to shame. BUY THIS PHONE! Read more Less

Razr v3m! Great phone, but Verizon...

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Aug 21, 2006 | 15 out of 15 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: manageable, sleek design, easy to use, Music compatible

Cons: verizon (as always) attempts to rob you of ever penny, phone heats up somtimes, battery life is poort during talk time

The Razr in general is a great phone, and now that Verizon is able to add their touch to it. The sleek design, is well, sleek. It's ultra thin compared to that of other phones out there. It comes with a variety of colors. The most sold feature is... the music player; their are several ways to use it, such as connecting it to your home pc or just buying songs off of VCast. But the programs and equipment needed to hook up the v3m is a pricey 40 dollars and songs cost 2 dollars on VCast. Like always, Verizon is trying to get the most out of their consumers. The phone comes with a mini SD card expansion (I think that's it) which can widen its capacity from a mere 30 ish MBs to a whole 2 gbs. Battery life is okay, but it could be better; it can last a week in standby mode, meaning, not using calls. The longest the phone has lasted for me during a call was about 5 hours. In the end, the Razr is an excellent phone, and now that it is out for Verizon, you know that they'll improve it. Read more Less

    Razr V3m Perfection

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Aug 12, 2006 | 6 out of 6 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

    Pros: Slim,easy to use,sound quality,reception,style

    Cons: Ok battery life

Overall this is the best phone on the verizon netowrk. I went thru them all and I mean all. Like I say you can not have everything and what I mean is your give up size for a shorter battery life. I do have to say that I use my cell as my main phon...e and if you charge it every night it will last you most of the day. Reception in amazing, form factor is great. Fits in jeans no problem, suit pocket no problem and features are just right. If you want something to play games on get a PS2 if you want a great phone that can do almost everything this is the phone. You can not go wrong. If you are not a heavy email user once again and you just need a phone that will last and feel great in your hand and to your ear this is the best phone for the money and everthing in between. I hope this little review helped. Read more Less

    Razr is OVERRATED

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Nov 13, 2006 | 5 out of 6 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: Nice design, simple to use

Cons: Always drops calls, terrible processing delay after hitting keys

The Motorola Razr is overrated because it's like judging a book by its cover. The design is aestically pleasing, but the features need a lot of work.

    The Razor is Sharp

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Dec 12, 2006 | 3 out of 3 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: Slim Design, Sturdy Construction, Voice Recognition

Cons: Buttons not meant for a man's fingers, Sound Quality not always there, Battery drains quickly

I think the Razor is a reliable phone for the money but i was a bit dissappointed with the battery life. The keypad was a bit small for my fingers but after some use it got easier. Worth the money...no real hassles so far.

    I HATE THE RAZOR

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Feb 16, 2007 | 5 out of 8 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

    Pros: FITS IN YOUR POCKET

Cons: BATTERY LIFE, CLOCK, SIDE CONTROL BUTTONS

My husband and I both got the Razor in Feb 06. I am counting the minutes until our 2 year contract is up and I can pitch these phones. I have had Verizon service for about 8 years and am NOT satisfied. We do NOT use the 'Get Now' functions, d...ownload music, videos, send pictures etc. We use it only to call or be called. With that said. 1. Our batteries will not last a full day. (The salesmen did not tell us the batteries would not last) 2. The clock will not keep the correct time. (Verizon told us "yeah, sometimes that happens) 3. We are constantly turning our ringer off with the buttons on the side. 4. You have to open the phone to see who is calling. I called Verizon and they basically said to bad. Thanks, I feel better. On the plus side it fits in my pocket well. Read more Less

    Nice phone

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Oct 18, 2006 | 1 out of 2 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: Music Player, ability to upload your own songs, design, megapixel camera

Cons: Battery life could be better, heats up sometimes

The RAZR V3m is a ultra sexy phone. Just saying the name will guarantee to turn heads. now that Verizon added its VCast cababilities to it, it's just dreamy. For people who can't afford a iPod, this is a great alternative. The Music Essential...s pack will run you about $29.99, not including optional microSD card, which comes in handy. Overall, it's a great phone. Read more Less

I will never buy another Razr!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 20, 2008

Pros: Small, easy to use, fairly decent camera, separated numbers

Cons: Battery life sucks, display doesn't work in certain light, and poor quality

I have only had this phone for 6 months, and it is already starting to go on the fritz! It has really bad battery life, freezes alot, screens crack easily, and the charger will not work unless the phone is sitting on a flat surface. I do NOT recommen...d this phone, and as I said I will never buy another Razr. Read more Less
