    SPECTACULAR MOBILE PHONE

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 4, 2006 | 23 out of 24 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: Style, Sound Quality, Backlit Keypad, Vibrant Display

Cons: Battery - Poor Talk Time & Standby Time

I am 100% satisfied with Motorola Razr V3m and highly recommend this phone to everyone searching for a quality mobile phone. The sound quality, speakerphone, backlit keypad in blue/green/red, vibrant video display and ultra-thin style make this p...hone a winner. The only con would be the poor talk time and standby time for Motorola V3m with standard battery. Having read several reviews indicating this prior to purchasing my Razr V3m, I opted to purchase an extended life battery. As a result of this, I am pleased to report that the Motorola Razr V3m with extended life battery charges quickly, has excellent talk time and standby time. The stylish exterior of this ultra-thin mobile phone comes in a variety of colors, which include silver, black, magenta, blue and gray. I opted for the gray, which is a medium steel gray color, which accentuates the laser etched backlit keypad and gives it a sturdy feel. Side buttons on flip portion of phone make adjusting volume, speakerphone, etc. a pleasure. The internal antenna is excellent. Verizon Wireless offers this phone with V Cast, Navigator (GPS), Get It Now! and other features. Text messaging with T-9 is a delight. The standard ringtones with this phone are more than adequate. Be sure to get plenty of package minutes, as you will enjoy using your Motorola Razr V3m. I can hardly go anywhere with this mobile phone without getting favorable comments and questions. It puts other phones in its category to shame. BUY THIS PHONE! Read more Less

Razr v3m! Great phone, but Verizon...

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Aug 21, 2006 | 15 out of 15 found this Motorola RAZR V3m review helpful

Pros: manageable, sleek design, easy to use, Music compatible

Cons: verizon (as always) attempts to rob you of ever penny, phone heats up somtimes, battery life is poort during talk time

The Razr in general is a great phone, and now that Verizon is able to add their touch to it. The sleek design, is well, sleek. It's ultra thin compared to that of other phones out there. It comes with a variety of colors. The most sold feature is... the music player; their are several ways to use it, such as connecting it to your home pc or just buying songs off of VCast. But the programs and equipment needed to hook up the v3m is a pricey 40 dollars and songs cost 2 dollars on VCast. Like always, Verizon is trying to get the most out of their consumers. The phone comes with a mini SD card expansion (I think that's it) which can widen its capacity from a mere 30 ish MBs to a whole 2 gbs. Battery life is okay, but it could be better; it can last a week in standby mode, meaning, not using calls. The longest the phone has lasted for me during a call was about 5 hours. In the end, the Razr is an excellent phone, and now that it is out for Verizon, you know that they'll improve it. Read more Less

    Motorola RAZR V3

There's a reason the Motorola Razr seems to top everyone's must-get list. Although, this version only has a VGA camera and lacks the ability to record videos (the Motorola Razr V3c has both features), it does have something the Motorola Razr V3c doesn't: world-roaming functionality, so you can take this mobile on vacation overseas.
