    Pros: pretty

Cons: fragile, battery life bad, needs to be upgraded

well...I am on my 3rd or 4th...have to keep going back. Each time Verizon says maybe it needs a software upgrade, supposedly this phone needs that a lot but the company never lets me know. but usually that is not the problem and it does not fix the p...roblems...the phone is very very fragile, chips super easily and the screen suddenly blanks out or freezes for no reason. My battery had to be replaced less than 6 months into owning the phone. I love the way this phone looks, but I am so worried about it breaking again. The most recent replacement has had the screen freezing thing again a few times and I am soooo not looking forward to haggling with Verizon again. They act like I throw this phone around! It is very frustrating. Something is wrong with the phone and how it is made. I have a feeling they will end up making a number 2 version and stop making this one because it is so flawed. If that happens maybe they will give me that one LOL I hope. Read more Less
