Pros: Look, design
Cons: Battery life
I bought my Krazor and had no problem till about 6 months after getting it. I had noticed that when I was texting it would freeze up and then the battery life started going down. Sometimes I can talk for 10 minutes after it starts beeping the battery is going dead but, most of the time it will beep once and go dead. I really liked this phone till this started happening. I can handle the freezing up but, when you can't talk on the phone because you're afraid its going to go dead I hate that. Also here about a month back I started to notice that when I open my phone the screen is black and I have to shut it and reopen to get it to show. It's been a real pain.
I guess I'm gonna go on e-bay and get a battery since I really don't want to spend a lot on it so if it starts to do the same thing I'm not out a lot of money. I still have 8 months till I am done with my contract and then I can get a discount. It's just sad that you spend your money on something that turns out to be a big mistake.
Pros: Excellent looks
Cons: Poor battery, Poor Value
This phone is the best phone when it comes to look and feel. Stunning design.
The 1.3 mp camera is OK and takes good pictures for a camera phone. A very good speaker. That being said, the phone falls short of expectations.
First the battery life is very poor. If you use a Bluetooth headset, the battery drains very quickly even though you are not calling. Second, the battery has a poor lifespan. I replaced my battery thrice in 12 months. Third, its slow and has few features or built-in apps. The in built music app will take ages to load. The picture viewer app is very slow. Not worth the price.
Pros: everything
Cons: none
I purchase the phone in feb love it so far. It is easy to put ur own ringtones on it,and upload pictures to the computer. Haven't had any problems with it.It is easy to set up bluetooth to it, to me it is a improve razor. i would recommed this phone to anybody.
Pros: small
Cons: everything but looks
I got this phone becuase of all the HYPE... and thats all it was HYPE. I think its the worst purchase I have EVER made. It turns off on its own. Constantly freezing. Takes about 2 hours to erase my text messages. I know quite a few people that have the same problem as me. Unless we just all got a phone from the same "bad batch", I HIGHLY suggest staying away from the MOTOKRZR. I'd rather deal with my older phone that was having issues with the battery life, and only because it was 2 years old.
Go for a different phone... trust me
Pros: ease of use, great sound quality, great battery life
Cons: screen smudges easy
Overall I think it's an excellent phone and believe me I've had my share of phones. I've heard some complain about the battery life but so far I think it's been really great compared to some phones I've had. I had a smartphone and the battery life was really poor. Of course, it has more gadgets that would cause a shorter battery life. I'd recommend this phone to anyone looking for a nice, stylish and dependable phone.
Pros: everything about it
Cons: nothing
always wanted one of these. finally got one and I have to tell you, I love it. Got it yesterday and the battery problem was addressed. They fixed the problem on the spot. If anyone is thinking about getting this phone, think no longer, get it. The value was awesome, 2 for 1 at $49.00. gotta love those christmas sales.
Pros: Very stylish, low price, lotsa features
Cons: smudges easily on front, though easy to buff out
I really love this phone. My wife and I upgraded recently from our previous phones (Nokia and Motorola V276 repectively) to us both having the Moto Krzr K1m. She has the Fire, mine is the pearl gray. Yeah, yeah, the phones match and it's cute and all, but we found it convenient to have matching phones so that we really only need one car charger and one travel charger. Anyway, on with the Krzrs...
We like the look and feel. They are a little heavier than our previous phones so that when handling the them we don't feel like it will break in out hands. I especially like the MP3 player, once I figured out how to get it and the accompanying software and hardware to work in conjunction. Verizon didn't offer to much support in this area. When installing the software (Verizon Music Essentials) you will find that you may not have the required driver for your computer (I am running Windows Vista-that may lend to the issue since it's still kinda new). If you are with Verizon, there is a "sync fix" on their website that is hard to find. Follow this link: http:/

. You will have to select your phone if you haven't been here, yet. At the bottom of the support page there are two links under "downloads." One is the sync fix, the other is the instructions for the fix. Reading this is a must.
So, after all that, I am extremely happy with my phone. I have a 1GB sd card in it and I already have it 3/4s full. And though this is my first ever MP3 player (I know, where have I been?) the music is clear and crisp. The pictures and video are a step up from my previous experience. The phone clarity is clear. I have yet to hear an echo. A previous reviewer complained of this, though I think it may be a problem of either their wireless carrier or their location. I particularly like the flat button pad. This keeps the screen glass from getting scratched by the buttons themselves. Fingerprints prints and smudges buff out easily with a soft cotton cloth, or even your t-shirt.
Motorola has scored and A.
Cons: size of phone
This phone is just awesome. Great design, cool touch music buttons, vcast (for verizon)and so much more. Did i mention i drop it a lot, but it has no scratches and works as well as it did the day i got it? The only thing is the buttons are pretty small, so you might press the wrong button every once in a while. OVERALL it's a fun and cool phone.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Volume
Cons: Battery Life
This is the 2nd Krzr I've gotten from Sprint in little over a month. The first never charged up after the initial charge and the tech person couldn't get it to go on either. Replaced the phone and now the battery dies after 6-8 hours of standby. Have to keep going to Sprint Service Center for battery replacement. Other than the battery problem, I love the phone, ease of use. Very classy look.
