    Pros: sturdy, fair battery life for a slim phone, good call quality

    Cons: smudgey face, no stereo bluetooth

    Overall this is a nice upgrade from the RAZR with the MP3 Player, the MicroSD slot and the media buttons on the front.

    Pros: So many to mention

    Cons: Outer shell would show any kind of scratch

    I love this phone especially over the Razr! it's a def upgrade from the razr and it's a little slimmer. MP3 are awesome if you can manage to figure out how to put them on. Only thing is that the actual phone is really shinny like you dont wan...t to touch it cause it's like a glass case. Kind of irratating if youdont want to get smudges on it. Camera rocks, speakerphone rocks. this basically rocks i love it. Read more Less

    Pros: compact, stylish, love the mp3,

    Cons: button delay, and smudges stay all over phone

    Overall the phone is really good, but the only thing I find really annoying is the button delay. I'm use to a quick button phone, and I don't know if I can get use to this button delay.

    Pros: Sleek, Stylish, Good Reception

    Cons: Battery Life using Bluetooth, Single Port, Music Player Buttons

    For the most part this is a very nice phone. The internal antenna works well. However the battery life is drastically reduced if Bluetooth is used and especially if you forget to turn the BT connection off. I also don't like the single power/inp...ut/output port design where you don't have the flexibility to listen to the music on headphones while charging the battery. The music player buttons on the front of the phone are also too easily activated. This is a problem when placing the phone in your pocket while listening to music. Read more Less

    Pros: Great look. Very Sleek looking.

    Cons: No Shortcut options like on RAZR

    I haven't fully decided whether I feel this phone is worth the $278 I paid for it. I do like the new blue look but had some trouble with the battery life on my RAZR so I am a bit skeptical. I do think they USB and software should be provided with... the phone upon purchase because I can't seem to find it anywhere right now through Cingular. Read more Less

    I have used a Samsung, Sony Ericsson and this phone. I bought this phone because people around me use it. I could not imagine that this phone is ranked distantly last by me in terms of easy of use. When I ask those poeple about the phone, they all ha...ve the same feeling about this as mine. For example, a button in Sony Ericsson phone can replace two buttons and a few clicks on this phone. There are only three names per page in the phone list. Other phones can display six names. If you want to see details, you have to press another button. If you want to go back to the original screen, you need to do one more press. This means that the phone manual has many layers. The more layers the manual has, the more clicks a user has to do and the more difficult to find the features located in the deeper layers. For one person's name with three phone numbers, you need to keep them into three separate entries. This makes the phone list much longer. The sound quality of the speaker phone is very poor. I cannot use it if there is little noise around me. I definitely recommend Sony Ericsson phones (e.g. W810i). The most useful buttons are made with special shapes and placed at the convenient locations such that I can locate and press it without looking. The graphical display is really sharp. Its MP3 player sound quality is equal or better than an iPod. My wife has had it for a few weeks and loves it. Read more Less

    Motorola did a great job of designing the Krzr k1m. The Krzr offers a great Mirror like glass finish, sleek touch sensitive music controls, slim and stylish overall body. If you open up the krzr you have a beautiful high resolution 65,536 color displ...ay which offers the user with a fine viewing experience. In my expirence after using the Krzr k1m for 3 months now I find it to be a state of the art phone with many great features like Bluetooth, 1.3 Megapixel camera, Music player, Video and voice recording and more. Starting with the Bluetooth; I find that it works incredibly well paring with other devices such as Palm Handhelds and Bluetooth Hedsets. I just wish that the Krzr offered stereo Bluetooth like the LG Chocolate. I believe that if they offered stereo bluetooth more consumers that prefer the music features in a handset would purchase the krzr. I enjoy all the other features especially the camera and camcorder as they perform well. One issue that I have with the Krzr is the menu system can be slow at times which isn't a major drawback. The battery is also nice in the phone as it normally lasts about a week depending on what applications that you use For example music greatly reduces the battery life. I find that the speaker phone works really well in this phone as well as the clearness of the calls. The reception is exceptionally well as I can can get great reception in large buildings. The only cons that I've had are the finger prints, Slow User interface, and adding music to the phone. Adding music isn't a problem but it's not as easy as syncing songs to an Apple ipod. You might also want to watch the USB/ charger port cover as it's very cheap and may break off if you not careful. Overall Motorola did a great job with this phone. One thing that I forgot to mention is that the picture quality is "ok"; but I wouldn't buy this phone to replace my standalone camera. In conclusion the krzr k1m offers many features and performs well, however there are a few minor drawback as in every phone but aren't a problem. I would strongly purchase this phone again with confidence as it's a awesome phone and worth every penny. Read more Less

    I purchase the phone in feb love it so far. It is easy to put ur own ringtones on it,and upload pictures to the computer. Haven't had any problems with it.It is easy to set up bluetooth to it, to me it is a improve razor. i would recommed this ph...one to anybody. Read more Less

    The KRZR was a nice experiment. It just needed more features. With its last release, Motorola has almost achieved perfection, bringing us a phone that is full with technology, but also an astonishing design. Its menu is (as always) very intuitive and... well-organized. Read more Less
