    Pros: works, sound quality good.

    Cons: kinda touchy

    Nothing is surprising anymore. This was given to me at the Verizon store as a "basic" cell phone. Has all the many features advertised. Downsides are that the 'touch' areas are tiny and can be irritating when you touch the wrong spo...t. Just holding it wrong can connect you with a fee based service. I wish the speaker phone feature could be left on but it can't. User must turn on everytime. Has excellent sound qualities. Read more Less
