Top ten biggest mistake I ever made!!

    Pros: Nice when it worked

Cons: Worked for four months then broke!!

What a misery!! Bought this eye sore in August and it stopped dead in it's tracks four months later. No picture, makes bad sound then shuts down. Then it gets bad from there!!! Mitsubishi doesn't seem interested in getting me up and going any... time soon....it's been over a month and their authorized repair center can't tell me when it will get fixed. I even bought a Best Buy extended warranty with it and they won't help because it is still under the lame manufacturers warranty. Now it sits here to remind me every day how "customer oriented" Mitsubishi is! Lucky me!!! Read more Less

    Pros: Price

    Cons: Trouble

Bought this tv last month. Thought it was great at 1st. Then found some movies were really dark. Especially scenes at night. Coldn't hardly make out the scene. Then yesterday my color went. Only getting hues of green and yellow. Everything else i...s in grey and white. Bought it at Conn's. They have no tech support. Scheduled a service call. The earliest I could get is 5 days from now. Called Mitshubishi support and all they could say was reset the tv (which didn't work), and unplug the tv for 15 minutes. That didn't work either. Bought this tv at Conn's. They delivered me the wrong tv. Brought me a Toshiba. Called them and told them it was the wrong tv. They had delivered my tv to another address. When they brought the tv I had bought they damaged the cabinet. Called them back and they brought me a brand new one. Thought that was the right thing to do and appreciated it. Was impressed with their service til now. Don't understand them not having a tech support and taking 5 days to get someone out to check my tv. Read more Less
