    Buyer Beware of Panel Defect

    Pros: Nice picture, small frame

    Cons: 800 # not in USA--not helpful

    We have owned this television for only 4 months and the Panel is defective. Basically that is the entire screen you are looking at. When switching from Cable to game you get a screen full of vertical lines. Even when picture shows there is a line on ...the left side. The Circuit City rep came out and they are ordering the panel. They did tell me if it was not under warranty the panel is so expensive that I would of been replacing the TV as the repair would be very expensive. Well after paying $2300 for a television I never expected it to be defective in 4 months. Mitsubishi REFUSES to replace the TV. They will only repair it. I totally feel abused. When you call the 800 # you get the phillipines and they all tell you the same thing--I swear they must be reading from the same script. Buyer beware. Read more Less
