this ranks up there with my favorite sci fi films
and the story is actually a unique tale of a justice system gone horribly wrong...technology and the future clash as a man tries to rationalize what's best for our society

Both Farrel and Cruise did a good job and the story really makes you think about how life could be in the future. Also it makes you think about a world without crime.

o my gosh collin farrell is the hottest man on the planet you just don't know how much i love him. o he is fine as hell. i also like the movie i thought it was great and that stephen spielberg is a great directer.

Fast-paced, clever action flick set in 2054, and the "Dept. of Precrime" can predict murders before they happen. You can enjoy it as John Anderton (Tom Cruise) races through Washington, DC, trying to prove his innocence of commiting the future murder of a man he never met -- but you can also enjoy it on a deeper level. The movie raises questions of the consequences of technology in our society, the implications of losing our privacy, and is a society truly perfect if its perfection depends on the oppression of others. It definitely gives you something to wrap your mind around. If you liked Vanilla Sky, you'll probably like this one. And if you hated Vanilla Sky.. see this one anyway. :-)

I love this movie to death! Great action! Great special effects, great storyline! GREAT EVERYTHING! this is my fave movie apart from Now and Then and The Lizzie McGuire Movie! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You should really buy it!

this movie was a typical american movie that featured the hottest young actor in an impossible scenerio. this film took place in 50 years and America ws the Utopia of the world. no crime rate was in Washington D.C. ( the setting) because of this flawless project that the police were involved with. this movie was possibly the worse movie i have ever seen. it sucks and so does Spielberg and Tom Cruise.

Minority Report is the best movie I have ever seen. I love it. I loved all the special effects that were used, and Tom Cruise and Colin Farrell in a movie are a perfect combination. Stephen Spielberg did a great job on this movie.

While it was suspensful and rivoting in parts, it was also a little off base with it's flow of content. Tom Cruise plays his part well, as does " Agatha". It isn't a film I would highly recommend to anyone, maybe if there was nothing on the shelves. I was looking forward to it more than it delivered. Sorry, I am into futuristic films too. This one just didn't blend it well enough for the viewer.

This movie had enough star power, hype and special effects to draw me in. But some of the special effects looked, well, fake. For example, the freeway system and cars portrayed in the movie looked bogus. I think they tried to stretch the futuristic aspect a little too much, which is what prevented me from being glued to my chair. It just wasn't believable. I felt the same way about anouther of sir Steven's recent movies, Artificial Intelligence. Should you see this movie? Yes. Is it a great movie? No, but worth a look, none the less.

this is not only an intelligent movie, but one taht also evokes alot of genuine emotion. the special effects never get in the way of the story, and cruise has never been better.

This movie is good, but talking scene is not Steven's style. Almost half of the movie is talking and it's quite boring. Some of the special effects are cool but some are nonsense. The ending is away too simple and I'm unsatisfy with it. Overall I give 3.0 stars to it.
