Hardcore punk band from Argentina Minoria Activa started playing along with bands such as 2 Minutos and Restos Fosiles. After Gastón and Juan Giribet, Nahuel Huarte and Fernando Juanjo joined the group, a label called Impacto released its first record in 1993, followed by a disc shared with local Buenas Intenciones, called Reflejando Dolor.
