Representin' Cleveland, OH, is the Mighty Igloo Crew -- Mo Dog Chill, Myke Smoov, Steven D, and Stephanie. The musically tight but loose-knit (members bounce in and out) gangsta rappers are a creation of Mark Morant alias Mo Dog Chill, a native Miamian who's chillin' in C-Town, something he says was difficult to do in Miami because the sunny palm tree city has nothing to brake the heat like the unrelenting Albert Clipper that roars through C-Town from Canada every year and ices it down.
