    Pros: Snappy user interface. The sharing makes it fun to use.

    Cons: The white isnt as cool as the brown and black because you do not get two tone effect

    The feel of the rubber case makes the product so much easier hold than an ipod. Being able to download songs more than 1 time without charge is great for a family, and so is the sharing aspect. It makes finding music and pictures fun. Sending vide...o is lightning fast. Being able to change to landscape mode easily is great when looking through lots of photos. The screen is brighten than my ipod and does not glare in the sun. the controls are very snappy and easy to use. The screens change with nice graphics instead of lists. My ipod is now sold and my wife and I are having fun "Zuning". I cant wait for this craze to explode. It will be fun when the Zune parties start happening. Read more Less

    A good alternative to iPod

    Pros: Competitively priced, great features, including wireless capability.

    Cons: Lack of colors at this point.

    This is a great alternative for those who don't want to purchase an iPod. Features are great, including some wireless capability (something that Apple does not have yet). Nice large screen, supports multiple audio files. Although not perfect, ...I would still recommend as a good option for a multimedia player. Future generations may have more features and color choices. Read more Less

    Pros: Large screen, very clear picture, software is easy to use, durable.

    Cons: Not many accessories to choose from yet.

    I am glad I waited for this player instead of getting another ipod. The software included w/ the zune is much easier to use and configure than itunes. The Zune has a much bigger and brighter screen which you can turn sideways to view movies in wide...screen. The 5 button configuration is much easier to use than ipod's tilt wheel. The only downfall is a limited amount of accessories. More are supposed to be released in December. Microsoft plans to release updates to make the Zune compatible w/ Vista by the end of December also. Read more Less

    Pros: very nice screen, nice gui, wireless capabilities are cool built in fm tuner

    Cons: wireless capabilites need to be upped a notch

    Once i saw the zune i had to get one for myself, i didnt care about some of the bad reviews that it got from other sites. i decided i would get one for my self and test it, and i must say that it is a must buy. its a cool mp3 player with a big screen... for videos, and a bright and intuitive gui for listining to music the wireless capabilites need a little bit of work, but overall its a good mp3 player Read more Less

    Pros: great look, easy navigation, big screen

    Cons: it lacks support for video formats

    I have a brown zune and the borders are green, green like those beers in green crystal bottles, you need to buy a screen protector because it gets dirty with dust and finger prints, it only supports .wmv and .mp4 video formats and the .wmv quality is... awful, at this time I just can´t figure out how to transfer .mp4 videos, I get errors. The audio quality is acceptable, what I like more is that when you listen to radio the name of the song appears alone with the radio station name, You can´t organize your songs in folders, only in playlist. And finally the videos and the songs that comes preinstalled are horrible in my opinion.The battery life is about 6-7 hours listening radio and your songs. the charging time is about 4 hours connecting with usb port to your pc, we need to buy the ac adaptor for faster charging and a belkin case for carrying and also the protector for the screen.     Pros: I love this mp3 player.

    Cons: Maybe the colors.

    I used to have a gaypod and i had nothing but problems with it. I have not had any problems with the zune. Plus it sounds better then the gaypod and it does not break if you drop it.

    Pros: A lot of personalization options, easy to use, easy to organize music, holds a lot, video and music quality is superb

    Cons: iTunes songs aren't compatible- you have to burn a CD and rip the songs off, so it all works out.

    Finally! Not an mp3 made by Apple! This is new and different in an awesome kind of way. I got this for Christmas 2006 and I am in love with it! The only bad thing about the Zune is that there are not very many accessories available in Tech-stor...es (Best Buy, Circuit City, etc.) but that will come with time. This is an investment you'll LOVE, and I recommend it wholeheartedly. Read more Less

    Pros: big screen easy navigation great sound no scraches

    Cons: little big support lacking

    i got my zune recently and i love it but there are a couple problems the zune software crashes alot!!! but i am sure that can be fixed with some patches it is a little thiker than the ipod but i dont really mind what i like is the big 3 inch screen t...hat switches to landscape mode when watching a video or browsing pictures the battery life is acceptable and the picture quality is good the double coating protects against scratches it also has wifi so you can transfer song from zune to zune very nice feture but you can only listin to that song 3 times or have it for 3 days but thats not so bad we cant have microsoft getting sued for copyright infringment the fm tuner is nice so overall i love the zune and give it a 5 out of 5 Read more Less

    Pros: quality at a reasonable price, if you buy you'll diversify the market-which is always a plus

    Cons: battery life somewhat short, maketplace lack of video content currently

    If you like having money in your pocket and want a quality player, this is it. Great video resolution, sound and use of features. there is really no point on spending more, unless you feel it is socially necessary to fit in with the IPOD toting natio...n-WHY? Read more Less

    Pros: 3" Screen

    Cons: Lacks video at the Marketplace until present.

    I will recomend the Zune to any one who wishes to get a new digital player. It's an excellent product and in time soon, accessories will be more available in the market. My only drawback about Zune is that in the marketplace there are not... any video to download. Hopefully Microsoft will add this feature and then Zune will be the King of the MP3 players. I can't wait to get the flash based Zune that Microsoft plans to lunch in few months time. In few words, get the Zune, it's worth every single dollar you would have ever spent. Read more Less
