    Once you go Zune...

    Pros: Beautiful screen, sound quality, sexy design

    Cons: Matte back gets smudged easily

    Before my dad talked me into a Zune, I wanted an iPod. Then I saw an online comparison chart. It was all true; the Zune does have more to offer than the iPod. I've had mine since Christmas. The only mishap so far is that I dropped it on the bus... and it got a little blotch from the shock. I sent it back and got a new one, same inscription on the back, new headphones, new USB cable. Excellent support. Now onto the device itself: - Absolutely beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice - Great interface. The Zune pad makes use effortless. - Sound quality is top notch - Zune software is great. I've used iTunes before, but Zune software has it beat. - You can use many different types of files, like WMA, WMV, M3U. The list goes on. - The radio is great, but I will say that my mom's car gets better reception, but tri county stations come in crystal clear for me. - Lots of space The only gripes I have with it are: - The back gets easily smudged - Accessories are scarce, and when you do find them, they're far more expensive than iPod accessories. Some are really good though, like the DLO Hipcase. Overall, excellent device. I wouldn't give this up for the latest iPod, especially with the Zune HD coming out in a few months. Read more Less

    Glad I went with a Zune

    Pros: screen size, software, music discovery

    Cons: battery life

    I bought a Zune 120 about a year ago, and so far it has been great. I was originally going to buy an i-pod, but after looking at comparisons, I went with the Zune. The large screen makes it great for watching movies, and the Zune Pass gives me unlimi...ted music for a low monthly charge. The software makes it easy to discover new music. I listened to some music and subscribed, for free, to a “picks for you” channel that automatically picks new music for me, based on my tastes. The only thing I have to complain about is the battery life. Listening to music it is fine, but when I watch movies I have to turn the screen brightness down to make the battery last. Overall the Zune 120 is an amazing product that makes music as easy as listening, no downloading and searching hassle, and brings hours of entertainment to me and my friends. Read more Less
