Cons: Have to keep reconnecting or mouse will jump
Wow I will never buy a wireless mouse again. If the mouse is not with in 3 feet of my laptop it will not work. And if I lift the mouse off of the mousepad the connection to the USB port is interupted and I have to push the little button under the mouse.

Microsoft Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse 6000 Review
But considering the Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse's primarily portable mission, that's not a fatal flaw. If you're a frequent flier with plenty of tray tables, conference tables, hotel desks, and airport lounges on your itinerary, the 6000 is an exceptionally comfortable, competent alternative to... more... -
Microsoft Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse 6000 Review
Vertical scrolling is exceptionally smooth and easy, while tilting the wheel left or right lets you scroll horizontally. The wheel is noticeably smaller and more comfortable than the plump wheels of Microsoft's previous Tilt Wheel mice. more...

Pros: Wireless, works on many surfaces
Cons: short wireless range
i just got this mouse delivered yesterday, installed the software, put the battery in the mouse, and plugged in the receiver and i was ready to go.
it's very easy to use, the software it came with tells you the battery level and the wireless signal strength along with other features to customize it to your liking, like it has a programable button, well 4 but the scroll wheel, the right and left buttons already have their uses. it is a mouse for a notebook so it is small, but still it's ok to use on a day to day basis.
its design is great, this mouse looks great and it works great.
great buy for those who want to free themselves from a wired mouse or those who travel a lot with their notebooks or the college student who needs his/her notebook in class to take notes and such. ...
