Cons: hefty hardware requirements
This is a sweet OS. Using it for 2 weeks without any issues. The installation of the OS is a lot easier than in the past. For all the people that are complaining about incompatible drivers and programs, please think back to when Win XP was released. The same exact thing happened. Given time companies will catch up.
Very stable OS. Have not had a crash as of yet nor have I had any issues installing any programs that I was using on Win XP.
Worth the money and upgrade. ...

Pros: looks nice
Cons: driver and program flaws
I'm still trying to figure out WHY microsoft felt the need to upgrade from xp. Xp was a stable wnoughOS and although vista looks pretty enough , you cant justify £369 for something being pretty. This was released far too early especially when they got all the negative feedback from people using the beta products.
Driver and program incapabilities , crashing , the list goes on and on.
i dont see the point of vista for any other thing than bill gates to make more money , doesnt he have enough as it is ?????? ...
