This is a good wireless keyboard. Ergonomic keyboards are good for you, and I've used this keyboard for quite some time. Worth it.

    Best Ergo Keyboard I've Used

By Linda O  May 2, 2006 | 3 out of 4 found this Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 review helpful

Pros: Programable keys for macros, Web favorites, speaker volume, calculator and zoom.

    Cons: Absolutely none.

As a medical transcriptionist for many years, I go through keyboards quickly. It was not until I purchased this Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v.10 that I was really pleased with an ergo keyboard currently being made. The wave is really e...rgonomic, unlike most "ergo" keyboards. Padded wrist rest is part of the keyboard. In the middle of the keyboard there is a "ZOOM" button, easily accessed by thumb, which immediately enlarges the screen without taking hands off the home keys or having to "mouse around". This features gives me a break from constantly having to reach for reading glasses. It also has buttons to go backward and forward for scanning Web sites. These keys are directly below the space bar and within easy reach with both thumbs. It contains keys to play your music, adjust volume and turn the keyboard into a calculator. It has several easily programmable short keys for Internet access, email and favorite places. It feels very sturdy and is heavy enough to not creep out of place as you type. The price is surprisingly low at about $45 to $50. Other keyboards with even a few of these features cost a lot more. I can not find anything I do not love about this keyboard! It is an excellent buy! Read more Less

    Great Ergo Keyboard

By remfan9  Aug 24, 2006 | 1 out of 1 found this Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 review helpful

    Pros: Quiet, Comfy, Layout

    Cons: Keystrokes not programmable

I went from a standard keyboard to this one (and I'm typing on it right now), and while it's taking some time to get used to the split design, it is a very comfortable keyboard. I love the layout of everything; all of the keys are very easy t...o get to. I just wish that you could program in keystrokes into the programmable keys. Other than that, the keyboard is pretty darn quiet and easy to set up. There is a foam-like support where your hands rest which is great, and the software is very simple to set up. I can easily recommend this keyboard! Read more Less

    This is a review for a key-board

By Hot Lovers  Feb 14, 2007

Pros: Has lot of keys on itself

    Cons: none, just none!

First things first, this things stands true to its name, its filled with keys on the surface, hence justly called the Key-Bored. You'll never get bored splashing around the keys, making the ticketty-dicketty noise just as your delicate fingers fa...ll on the grove made specially to fit the tip width of your fingers. They just seem to fall in the right place, Was wondering if someday someone could come up with a keyboard where the grove adjusts itself dynamically to the width of your fingers. Its curves just can't stop pleasing your taste, while they just adapt to your body and makes your feel, it was made just for you! I think mankind has started a revolution of invention with this great piece of art! Read more Less
