MMMMMM! THIS IS GOOD!

I AM REVIEWING THIS MASTERPIECE OF HARD ROCK/METAL FROM METALLICA, AN ANCIENT METAL BAND. I LOVE THE FIRST EIGHT SONGS. UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT FIND THIS ON VINYL SO I HAVE IT ON CD. BUT ANYWAY, I AM BEGINNING TO LIKE TODAY'S MUSIC IF IT'S ROCK, NOT GHASTLY BLEAKAZZ RAP OR THE HORRID TEENY POP SHITT. THANK YOU.

This cd is the ultiment in what a metal album should be. It's not too hard or not to soft. The blend of rythem and just flat out kick ass riffs go well with Hetfeild's lyrics and Ulrich's blistering drums. The cd never lets up and even with the accostic song, Nothing Else Matters, there is still some guitar that has come to be known as the Metallica trademark. It does not get any better then this.

I LOVE THIS ALBUM! IT IS THE BEST METALLICA CD FOR ANYONE, LIKE ME, WHO DOESN'T ESPECIALLLY FAVOR REALLY HEAVY METAL. THIS ALBUM WAS THE FIRST, AND ONLY ALBUM IN WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERY SINGLE SONG ON IT. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW KICK ASS METALLICA IS! THEY RULE OVER EVERYONE. OH YEAH, I REALLY ENJOY "MY FRIEND OF MISERY" AND "WHEREVER I MAY ROAM" BY THE WAY.

Cons: Are You Kidding Me?
This is the album that made Metallica one of the best names in heavy metal, And Justice For All is right up there with this one. Enter Sandman, Of Wolf And Man, Sad But True, The Unforgiven, Wherever I May Roam, Holier Than Thou, and The Struggle Within are the best songs. Great album, no selling out here. Metallica Rules, well their older stuff does, 5 stars.

I used to like this album. Sorry, it sucks now. Only a few good songs. "Enter Sandman" and "Unforgiven" are the coolest songs on this album. This is where they began to sellout. However, the last good Metallica album was "And Justice for all". The first 4 albums of Metallica is all anybody really needs. Avoid this album at all costs.

I graduated in 1992, the year this album came out. It still ROCKS! I will never tire of listening to Metallica. I hope that When I am an 80 year old Great Grandma I can freak out my great grandchildren when I start blasting Metallica at Sunday Dinner! LOL ;D

This is a great album. Unfortunately Metallica lost alot of respect after this album's release, because the band have slowed down.
What these idiots do not realise is that now that Metallica have toned the sound down a little bit, the music is more accesible & should attract more fans to the band & metal in general. I loved Metallica's early stuff aswell, but when a band have been together 8 years, sometimes you have to experiment.
Standout Tracks - "Enter Sandman","Unforgiven" & "Sad But True".

They started to go downhill when they released this album and most songs are watered down commercial. Producer Bob
Overall, not recommend for anybody who only likes heavier stuff. Enter Sandman, Misery, The Unforgiven and Sad but True are the coolest songs. Metallica is the biggest sell outs of fame and most overrated band of all time. Still, don't buy this or any of their awful albums. They don't care about music anymore!
