    Pros: Some of the points he made are true.

    Cons: Many sections contradict themselves and make the man always look innocent

    I love David Zinczenko. I read a few of his articles and truely think he is a wise man. And I love this book. I take it with me everywhere; however I believe many portions make the man innocent. It goes from a funny, different perspective to an excus...e for every action. I still love the author n some points made sense; but dont make men always the innocent ones Read more Less

    Pros: OPens up a whole new dimension to what I THOUGHT guys were like!

    Cons: We never know which guy we are dealing with and it's easy to mess up

    I've always been absolutely wrong about guys- and how they think and what they deal with on a routine basis. This book opened my eyes to give guys the benefit of the doubt and Start communicating in a way they can relate to so I can ultimately ge...t what I want, give what he wants and be able to go along without a lot of DRAMA!     I loved this book! I will carry it with me until the day I die! I think it was right on with many of the things he pointed out. I have already taken some of my knowledge and am using it currently. I have ordered a copy for all my girlfriends!

    Cons: written for women, unrealistic

    I read this book. It is hogwash. Men do not open up to women for one simple reason. Opening up gives them more ammo to throw at us. Women want to control men, and if they can see a 'vulnerable' guy, they will store that fact in their bag of t...ricks. Whatever you tell your woman that shows you made a mistake, or you admit you had poor judgement, women will note this, and in their eyes, you fall a notch or two. Just wait until she gets angry, you know, the once a month hysteria. Women are different than men, totally. Never expect a level playing field when dealing with them. I have enough experience in this area that i can be honest, and base my views on extensive long-term experince. Sorry these views are not politically correct, but they are honest in their intention.     Well the pro's and con's are on your shoulders. not mine. I saw my breakup coming. It was a long time coming and prepared me for it. My wife being in the Military grew old from our relationship 15 years into it. She tried every thing in the b...ooks to break it off. accused me of cheating, but that was wrong. accused me of helping too many people. I am a people person. said I had too many female friends. I was not sleeping around! Finally she just came out with it and said I was not in her military circle. you see, I am a plain man. love the outdoors, the fishing, riding my motorcycle, which she hated me to have, and just caring about others. I want you to know I always cared about my family. they come first. The studies being done need to look at how some woman lose interest in love and need their careers to love more. That is still her. Now I did break down 15 years ago and wonder what I had done. I also found that I can't change what she thought. I do believe that a man will look for the best in a woman and will tell his buddies that he is looking for that special one. Some just take whats up next. That usually comes from the bar scene. It's like a meat factory in there. Men and women looking to see a need to be loved. if not for just that night, then maybe just get lucky and find the special one. I hope one does not go about quiting drinking or the bar scene for then that relationship is over. The adventure is gone. What men and women need to do these days is seek a counselor and find out just what is it they want and need in that next relationship.. Its time to be honest with self out side the closet. you know what I mean and if you don't then I will tell you. when alone at home or in the dark seems to be the only time the truth is told. But when you exit that dark closet you forget the truth you told yourself. Seek that counselor and be for real. Read more Less
