Cons: Don't always split to 2 cups
Love the machine. Quick and easy to use. Makes good coffee. Would recommend this machine to any one. As a matter of fact my son in law also bought one now.

The brochure says that the mugs are dishwasher safe. but after one time in the dishwasher, the lids dont fit properly. They pop up, so that when you take a drink, you wear your coffee too.
