Players are joined by up to six ally characters, many which were featured in earlier Battle Network games, to wrest control of the cyberspace game world from the imposing Nebula. The Soul Unison collection system returns, as does the presence of temptingly powerful but hitpointdraining Dark Chip powerups. The gameplay and story are similar to those of Team Colonel's companion release, Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman, but the selection of unlockable ally characters is different in the two versions. ~ T.J.
