I Love This Movie! The Casting Was Great, The Acting Was Great And, The Story Was Great.I Love This Movie So Much That I Bought Two Copies Of It! I Watch It Like Everyday, And It Is Still My Favorite Movie.On A Scale From 1-10 (10 being the best) Meet The Parents Would Get A 10! The Movies Fun Factor Would Be Rated A 9.9 Because there were 2 boring scenes.It's No Wonder Why It Got Such Great Reveiws By The New York Times, L.A. Robert Deniro is awful and Ben Stiller just continues to prove what a lousy actor he really is. A complete waste of time, watch something better like Taxi Driver.

This movie made me laugh out loud at the theator. It made me look like an idiot I must say but everyone else was laughing too. A must watch film. I heard roomers about a second one and I hope that it happens. The best part was-well there where to many good parts.

The sequence of events caught me off-guard. It's unpredictable. I loved the scene when the dad and family walk in on the couple making out. Just hilarious!!!!

If you're going to the movies for good time to be with your girlfriend/boyfriend! Don't bother seeing this one. This movie will keep your glued to the screen, a non stop laugh fest. Ben Stiller plays a brilliant part of GaylordFocker, the humerous nurse who is wanting to marry his girlfriend, but there is a fork in the road. Asking his future father in law for his daughters hand in marriage. Desperately trying to win his approval of Jack (Robert DeNiro), wasn't as easy as he bargained for. At first sight Jack had his eyes lowered and frowned upon Gaylord, from one thing leads to another shows that he tried to hard to seek approval and makes a fool out of himself throughout the whole movie. I guarentee that you would not be arguing with the video store for your money back, it's worth every cent. I suggest everyone rent this one out, you'll regret it if ya don't! Fockers!!!!!!!!! This is a great movie!! I highly recommend buying this movie. For those people who have to meet their in laws for the first time, you should watch this. Ben Stiller and Robert Deniro are a comedy team for the ages. I can not wait for the sequel.

The movie just wasn't what I expected Fell asleep watching it. Very drawn out dozed off about 20 minutes into the movie thats how exciting it was, got a little better as it was coming to the end, But I would recommend renting it before buying. This was and average movie that was nothing to write home about.

A very funny movie, where a regular Joe has to meet his future in-lwas, and where everything that could go wrong goes even worse. Stiller and De Niro make a very good combination.
The deleted scenes with commentaries on the DVD are intersting, but the commentaries with the actors are rather dull. De Niro obviously sounds like he's bored to death.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoIt rocks

I think this is one of the funniest movies out in a long time. The expressions the actors give in the movie are very funny.

Okay so the story has been delievered a hundred times already, but the new twist on the hard @$$ father not liking the daughter's fiance` is worth it. DeNiro is brillant and Stiller will crack you up with his doing nothing wrong.

in the quality desert of contemporary Hollywood, this thorn might be mistaken by some for a flower. It is still a thorn, and the only reason Rinjiro can think of to explain DeNiro's presence is money.
