    Its pretty sad that many people hate Marilyn Manson, becuase in reality, he does make some pretty awesome music. Overall this album shows how creative he could be when it comes to songwriting.     Marilyn Manson returns in this wonderfully weird CD. He sheds his Antichrist image to a more colorful Omega image. Which reminds me a lot of Bowie's Ziggy Stardust character. However, this is an awsome CD with great songs such as "The Dope Show" and... "Rock Is Dead". This CD is a must have! Read more Less

    yes mechanical animals IS good, but Antichrist Superstar is better. before buying Mechanical Animals, get AntiChrist Superstar FIRST, then you'll get to understand and contrast to the world of Marilyn Manson
