    Plaid's obviously dancefloor-flavored grooves are heavy on the polyrhythms (their debut is often considered an important stepping stone in the evolution of drum'n'bass). Bantu, according to the group, for "dance so hard you take your clothes off," the album is a Black Dog-esque fusion of many styles, including elements of ambient and Latin jazz. One for the trainspotters until its reissue in 2000 as part of the double-disc Trainer.
