IntelliTemp Automatic Temperature Control - Monitors incoming water for correct temperature. The washer fills after the optimal temperature has been reached. QuietSeries 400 Sound Package - Features additional sound dampening for increased quietness. Sensi-Care Wash System - The wash basket moves at a faster rotation when washing the biggest loads to assure continuous laundry rollover for maximum cleaning effectiveness. With smaller, more delicate loads, the wash basket gently rocks clothes. ENERGY STAR Qualified - The high-efficiency wash system uses 65% less water and 46% less energy than an average conventional top load washer. Based on 10 cycles per week and cycle adjustment per basket sizes. Smooth Balance Suspension System - The four gap dampers and two additional springs work as shock absorbers, reducing vibration and noise, and keeping loads balanced. SuperSize Capacity Plus - Wash more in every load than you would in a conventional top load washer - even king-size bedding. Pros: energy and water efficient

Cons: gathers mold and makes grinding sound

I had this model for a year. The rubber seal gathers moisture and became moldy after a few months. Then the shock absorber of the tank and motor assembly started to make grinding sounds
when the load goes above half full. Then the door
lock broke. I got rid of it and bought a Speed Queen
front load. It's even more energy and detergent efficient.
It's the best washer I have found. ...

Pros: Large capacity

Cons: doesn't clean clothes well, odor

I had high expectations for this washing machine for the money I paid for it! I was very disappointed. There is only one good thing I can say about it: It holds a lot of laundry! My laundry still appears dirty after being washed. If clothes aren't removed from the washer IMMEDIATELY, they get a horrible odor. Also, the cycle takes an extremely long time. It can take an hour and a half to wash one load, more if you make the mistake of adding slightly too many clothes or slightly too much detergent. I am going to replace it with a traditional top-loading agitator-style washing machine. After my experience with this one, I will never take a chance with any kind of high-efficiency washer again! ...
