    Pros: NO SPLATTERING / SAFE

    Cons: CLEANING

    I LOVE IT TO COOK IN. SAFE BECAUSE YOU DONT DROP THE BASKET UNTILL CLOSED AND IT CAN BE RAISED BEFORE OPENING WHICH IS SAFE BECAUSE NO SPLATTERS. THEN YOU LIFT BASKET AND DUMP OUT AND START OVER ANOTHER BATCH. ALL IN ONE IS HARD TO CLEAN AS IT HAS EL...ECTRICAL YOU DONT WANT TO GET WET BUT DOESNT FEEL TOTALLY CLEAN THE WAY IT IS DONE. AND YOU CANT STORE THE GREASE IN FRYER BUT OTHERWISE PERFECT ! Read more Less
