    Pros: Too many to mention in this short line.

    Cons: finding extra parts

    I just love this bike trailer. It is so light and easy to manage. My problem is that I need a new adaptor...the adaptor that is permanently placed on the rear axle of my bike. It hooks onto the bike trailer. I had a mishap with my bike and lost that ...little adaptor. I have been unable to find a new one. Any suggestions? Read more Less

    If anyone is needing the harness attachment you can get it by calling 877-249-5918. Cost is $15.00 plus $6.95 for shipping. Not sure if they have any other accessories available. Hope this helps.

    Pros: Very easy to pull,safe and easy to take apart and fold up

    Cons: Very hard to get parts if you don' know where to call

    I got this for my grand kids and they love it, my son uses it every day and I even haul groceries in it when I have to. I am like all the others that have this trailer as I need the part that hooks to the bike. After alot of searching I finally got ...the right number and have 2 of the pieces comming so I have a spare. The number to call is 800 / 278 / 9626 ext 106, her name is Jenn, The whole coupler as someone stated in thier review is $15.00 + $6.95 shipping, but if you only need the part that goes on the bike it is around $9.00 + shipping or you can get the solvitey one as was also stated for about the same price. The 100 pound capacity is also nice as some trailers are only 70 pounds, other than finding how to get parts this is a very good trailer, will get another so when the grand kids get bigger we will have to pull each one separately in thier own cart.     Walmart was out ouf stock on the 2 seater. They gave me the display model for $30! Didn't have the attachment for the bike so I rigged something from Home Depot. Works great!

    Cons: absolutely no customer service support system.

    Fully enjoyed the functionality of the trailer.Good price for a good product.However since i use it continually on a daily basis i have worn out a few items and some have just vibrated loose and fell off.Been in use since august 06,and trying to find... parts since Dec 06 Read more Less

    It looks like everyone has the same problem with this awesome trailer! THE NEED FOR EXTRA ADAPTERS!!!!! We use the trailer for our kids and to carry groceries home to save on gas. It is just such a pain in the butt to have to take the hookup off of t...he bikes when we switch the trailer from Mom's bike to Dad's bike. Someone, please offer a suggestion as to where we could buy the piece or make something like it!!!!! Read more Less
