As someone whose sole claims to fame are pretentious vocal histrionics at every opportunity, tuneless "songs" and "difficult" behavior I see no reason why Mariah Cary should in any way be considered worthy of this treatment. Only when she learns the concepts of a tune, how to sing that tune rather than emoting over some studio electronics generated back beat and how to play an instrument could Mariah Carey be realistically considered as a "musician". It is fake "stars" like this who are responsible for the sorry state of the music business today. The Emperor still has no clothes on. ...
