    Dissapointing product quality

    I love the audio and video output of this player. As I came off a low end cd/dvd player the audio output of this unit seemed to bring the music alive. There was definitely an audible difference. Video quality wasn't dissapointing at all. Colors w...ere rich and well blended together. However, the quality of this product is dissapointing. I own this unit for little over a year now and it broke down 3 times - same problem. It would stop playing my pal collection of dvds. Resetting the unit didn't help. Thank god for the 3 years warranty. However, there is a catch in that. The shipping of the unit to a qualified repair center comes out of your pocket. For a universal player at this level and this price, the shipping should be covered, since it's a 3 years warranty. As I tried to explain this to the customer service, they coudn't care less. P.S. And expect to be without the unit for at least 2 weeks. Read more Less
