Pros: Thoroughly Relaxing
Cons: Totally Addictive
I can listen to this CD for hours on end.
Prabhujee is my favorite chant and I have totally memorized it, making it part of my daily chanting ritual.

While surfing through the CD collection at the temple library in the US, I came across this album. I decided to give it a try as it was produced by Pt.Ravi Shanker.
The listing of the tracks is as follows

From the 16 tracks on this album, about 4 of them are individual compositions like tracks 9, 13, 15 etc. The CD leaflet gives a detailed descriptionof the album and also the chants are listed there wherea the cassette doesnt give all the details.
All the chants are rendered beautifully especially the Gayatri mantra which is considered as the mother of all mantras. theGayatri mantra rendition on this album is really good.
The tracks from 3 to 8 are the ones that really stand out in this album. This album scores on the quality of the recording and the tone of the album.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoTake it from me, it is worth your money
This is a must for all the lovers and fans of oriental music. It's so spiritual and deep that makes me feel like flying in the sky.

Whenever I listen to this CD it just makes me 100% spiritual being. The human being inside me is no longer there and I feel as happy as a child. May God bless everybody. Sarve Bvantoo Sukhina.....
