All and all, the plot is pretty weak, but the
rest ofthe movie is frightening. With good
performances by Ally Sheedy and Lance Henrikson. The dog victoms are nicely killed off. The deaths are all gory, and there is even a pretty amusing scene where max "the killer dog" swallows a cat whole.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoTHE BEST KILLER ANIMAL!!!
MAN'S BEST FRIEND is the best killer animal movie. It has an awesome plot. Good scares. Max (the dog) is the best looking killer animal. It has a great end to it. Everything is off the hooks!

a first the dog max is nice but later in the movie he becomes evil it is a great movie.it is very scary for little kids but watch if you dare!
