    Beatiful movie. Through the eyes of a boy, the history, the curiosity of women, the cynical observation toward the adult are naturally reflected. The sound of music and the feature are well selected and mixed. Of course, Monica was the most beautiful... among all of her movies! Read more Less

    Critics seemed to focus on the war/coming-of-age theme. More emphasis should have been placed on Malena and human tendency to kick pedestals from beneath people, with the boy simply relaying his observations. BTW, LOVED the film.
