I bought this drill a couple of months ago and have used it now on two close quarter projects. If your looking for a variable speed right angle drill that is AC powered instead of batteries, this is a real good one. It can be used for drilling holes ...or installing screws and can switch between forward and reverse. It has a relatively short chuck giving you even more room in tight areas. It also has a screw in removable handle that can be mounted to either side of the drill for extra leverage (works great). I also had a couple of areas in very tight quarters where I couldn't use the handle so, I just took it off and wiggled my way between some plumbing and drilled my hole with pinpoint accuracy (though my arms did get a bit tired). It also has a small light that turns on when you press the trigger. Excellent in dark areas. I also like not having a bulky battery on the end of the handle. The only drawback is that it is not a keyless chuck. You need to use a chuck key (supplied) but, the extra space saved in chuck length is well worth the tradeoff.
