Magnetica is an original action puzzle game for the DS that involves eliminating similarly colored, magnetic marbles from a spiralshaped track. As colored marbles continuously roll down the track, players use the stylus to flick different marbles so they create matches of three or more. Once a marble clings to the likecolored group, they disappear and play continues until the screen is cleared. Three singleplayer modes are available (Challenge, Quest, and Puzzle), each with varying goals, hazards, and powerups designed to spice up the action. Some objects will slow time, some will boost a player's score, while others will deflect marbles or send them into a black hole. Players can also challenge a friend to a headtohead battle for the highest score. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
