Cons: tech support/map updates/durability
If you want a feature packed unit this is the best hands down! But, if you have a problem, tech support is uesless at best. Magellan charges $100 yearly for map updates but never update the maps. You will get new features for your $100 like a one touch route home. The units we have used have all needed some type of yearly part replacement. We now use TOM TOM. 5 months so far trouble free. NO FEATURES THOUGH

I wasted 600 bucks on this piece of crap. It often tells me to go down one way streets the wrong way and turns off on me in a flash for no reason - lucky for me I found out the cradle needs to be replaced (which is apparently VERY common if you buy one of these lovely Magellans). Atleast 1/2 the time when this piece of crap is working it is searching for a satellite. If I knew what I know now I would have bought a Tom Tom. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
