The Magellan Platinum is a good unit with lots of excellent features. The problem is that if you need support expect the worst. They take forever and do not respond to emails. After over a month that they had the unit I finally got an email requesting $165 for a very simple repair. They lied about sendingn replies to email. They diagnosed the problem and sent an email 5 days later. They have a lot of work to do. ...
