Cons: collision problems
If you are a football game fun, then you will love this game. I've been playing this game from the begining and what you really buy the newest version of this game for is to have the new players. You have to have all the rookies in order to have the realest experience. The graphics always get a little better each year and this version is no exception. The only real problems ive had are some kinda monor collision problems, meaning that when you tackle players sometimes you go right through them or you tackle them when you really missed them.

To me, Madden is to football what Cherry is to hockey - that is self-explanatory right there, if you happen to know the NHL! Everything John Madden affixes his name to will be *A-OK* in my book! The graphics, the selection of teams and players and the action - both visually as sound-wise - makes it all feel so real... One cannot ask for anything better! The only thing better - or more lifelike rather- would be to get a major trouncing on the gridiron itself! I don't think it is necessary, so... This will do fine thank you!

Pros: My eight year old daughter enjoys it and plays it well
Cons: I do not play it well
I bought the game for my daughter who has other Maddens(several) she enjoys the game. The graphics are realistic as well as the sounds. I like to play simple games like race games. It keeps my daughters attention for a couple of hours so it cant be all that bad

As a fan of football, I have to love Madden. Have to. However, this Madden game was a bit disappointing. Last year's Madden was very good, and I personally expected more out of this years game. First of all...no cheerleaders. Come on! That is a Madden tradition! Also, although the player graphics were better than, say, 2003, they were pretty much not on the level that they should have been. If this game wasn't about football or didn't involve my favorite team (Go Broncos), I really would not have liked it at all.

Pros: It is an amazing game with all the star players you love, and thier stats are how good they are are pretty realistic
Cons: I'd say the graphics aren't as great, and Madden 2006's controls were better, especialy if your a Michael Vick or Vince Young Fan
