Macka B
Macka B, the originator of the Exodus Dancehall Sound System, describes his style as "dancehall with plenty of one-drop grooves." His lyrics attack racism, sexual abuse, alcoholism and apartheid. The winner of a Best British DJ award, he saw his "Squeeze Me" single reach number one in Hawaii in mid-1994. His Discrimination album on Ras Records, released in February 1995, featured production from Mad Professor.
