    To all those baseball fans out there you will love this game. This gives you the chance to get in the game with all of your favorite players. The graphics are good the controling is great the sound is great and over all this is a great game you have ...to add this one to your collection. Great for ages 8 and up. Bout if you want better graphics you'll have to try MVP Baseballl 2006 Read more Less

    MVP 2005 is the future in playing MLB in your home

    Pros: Love the stadiums!! Very Descriptive. Not only that, but you can make your own stadium! The batters look just like the real deal and their stants are just the same. The ownership mode is the best, dynasty mode rocks and the music is so awsome that you can not get it out of your head.

    Cons: Could have made the real minor league stadiums to be as descriptive as the major league stadiums

    After being an owner of this game, I have found out that not only is it affordable but it is a pretty cool game. EA Sports is in the right direction to make sports games as real as they come. EA Sports also give you points if you have more than one ...game saved to a memory card. This will allow you to have an advantage in your game that you are playing. In MVP 2005 the graphics are so cool, that you can create yourself in any position such as a infielder, outfielder or pitcher. You can start yourself out in the minors. Starting off in single- A, double- A, or triple- A ball and advance your way up to the majors!! It actually helps you learn and lets you know where each and every stadium is located from every major to minor league ball parks. They even have a practice mode that will help you out in your stats wether you are pitching or hitting. The owner mode helps you understand what the real owners are going through when You have to buy the food, sell promotions and pay the ball players to keep everyone happy. When you have mastered the game, you get points wether in a game or in prcatice to get the Ledgends of the game. You can get guys like Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, or Rod Carew just to name a few. Believe me you will Love This Game so much you will remember MVP 2005. Read more Less

    Take me out to the ball game!

    Pros: Very good pitcher/batter interface and duel, great ballparks, updated rosters, same EA quality of design

    Cons: VERY similar to MVP 2004, feilder control can be hard

    Well you're basically looking at just an updated MVP 2004. A whole other rung has been added. You now control a single A club in a addition to you AA, AAA, and major league clubs. They play in small stadiums where the weather is always warm, a ni...ce relaxing game of ball. Unless you're a die hard baseball fan, if you played MVP 2004 and happen to miss this one you're not missing much. Read more Less

    Pros: It is a Baseball game, enough said.

    Cons: It does not have up to the minute stat updates.

    Up to the minute stat updates are important to me, I am a stats kinda guy though. It does have some flaws when it comes to the actual baseball real life scoring, ie...saves for your closers. All-in-all, great game, can not wait until next years versi...on. Excited to see what changes are made. FYI: This is not the only MVP game I own, & I will proudly admit that. Read more Less
