The best baseball game out there

Pros: Amazing graphics, deep game play, in game juke box

Cons: A slight learning curve learning the controls

If you are a baseball fan looking to live out your dreams of being a major league baseball player, this is the game
for you.

The first thing that will strike you is how realistic the players, the crowds and the stadiums look. I was completely in awe the first time I hit a home run and then watched the crowds scramble and push each other around to get the ball. The graphics are simply stunning.

Once you learn the controls you will find a level of detail unrivaled in other baseball games. For instance, you can send your base running coaches hand signals or trap a runner in a squeeze play with a timely throw.

A truly intriguing aspect of the game is the 'Road to the Show' mode which lets you play as a minor league player trying to get into the bigs. It's extremely well done and adds a way to play the game that is completely unique and original.

As a bonus, you can put all the music
you love on your PS3 into an in-game Jukebox. It blew my mind when I heard
one of the songs I picked blasting out of the stadium speakers after the ball game was over.

This is a must have for anybody with a Sony system that is even vaguely interested in baseball
