Avant-folkie Lys Guillorn (Liss Guh-LORN) released a self-titled effort in Spring 2003 on the Connecticut indie Little Cowgirl. Before going solo, Guillorn played in the Danbury, CT-based Jargon Society, a "chamber punk" combo that included a cello. For her solo bow, the songwriter played most of the instruments, including guitars, organ, bells, and melodica.
