The Lurkers formed during the second wave of U.K. punk in the late '70s with a lineup of Howard Wall (vocals), Pete Stride (guitar), Arturo Bassick (bass, b. Arthur Billingsley), and Manic Esso (drums, b. Pete Haynes). Bassick left the group very early and was replaced first by former Saint Kim Bradshaw before Nigel Moore was settled on as a permanent fixture. The group recorded two albums for Beggars Banquet, Fulham Fallout (1978) and God's Lonely Men (1979), before a temporary split. 1980's...
