Product Description: Lumines
The game pieces are small blocks in two colors. Fourblock squares usually containing blocks of both colors drop from the top of the screen, and the goal is to arrange them to create rectangular patterns of four or more blocks of the same color as the pieces pile up at the bottom of the screen. A "timeline" rhythmically sweeps lefttoright across the screen and clears away any colormatched rectangles, causing the remaining pieces to drop.

Pros: Easy to get started, Great music
Cons: Difficult harder levels
Lumines is a game like Tertis but not quite. The game takes a while to get used to, especially if you're like me who has gotten used to palying the original gameboy tertis.
There's a variety of games, one where you can play against the computer, a challenge mode and a single player mode.
Once you've completed a level in each game, you're rewarded with a new theme. The colours of the tiles change, as well as the background and the music. In fact this is the reason why you would want to keep playing, so that you can collect all the themes available.
The best bit about the game is the single player mode, and it does require a watchful eye and a real patience to collect all the themes.
The computer mode is near impossible after a couple of levels. The challenge mode is frustratingly hard after a couple of levels.
It's a really easy game to get into, but it's not quite the addictive game that the original tetris was. ...
