I tell you what i`ve been listening to Babyface or rather his work since 1983 without realising.I`ve literally grown up and matured with him,though he is 10yrs older than me.Did you know he wrote "tonight" for The Whispers in 1983.Anyway its really a shame Arista didn`t release this Album,more like his old time partner LA Reid being the CEO didn`t release it for whatever financial or political reason.
This Album is clearly an Album of Love and regret and sorrow.I guess towards his wife,however it touches us all in our hearts and it relates to all of us.I would like to see Darryl Simmons his old time partner and co writer to do more work with him,just like the old days with Toni Braxton and Whitney Houston but with new faces.Was this review helpful? I love this record. Babyface is back to his heart felt ballads that made him who he is today. I have long awaited this record. Thanx FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the chance to hear.. the whole album...yes.. the track Loneliness.. is divine.. but there is on track using a melody from John Coltrane... titled Sentimental.. breath taking.. again and again.. as our mentors.. Stevie and Donny has done.. Babyface.. redefines.. the direction.. the passion of music should be going.. one..
