THIS IS HOTT!

I LOVED THIS ALBUM AND IF YOU ARE REALLY INTO SOME NEO-SOUL AND DEEP SOUL MUSIC YOU HAVE TO GIVE THIS A LISTEN. I LOVED IT FROM THE START ALL THE WAY TO THE END AND THERE ARE NOT MANY ALBUMS THAT I CAN SAY THAT ABOUT.

Hey this Raheem CD is what's happenin the guys vocal skills are like wow he reminds me of dwele a lil bit but better. definatly can set the mood for a long night of romance can't wait till the next album drops

when u listen to this cd...have some candles lit.....rose peddles all over the bed room...a glass a wine...and let Raheem...set the mood...for love making...his music will light a fire deep within your soul....best soulful sound i've hard in a very long time...please go out and buy this cd...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

From the outset when I heard of this artist, I had high hopes. I had heard Guess Who Loves You More and You online and thought what a unique sound. He definately fits the Neo-soul genre of music these days. So far I have to give it an okay, but I reserve the right to revisit once I sit down and really listen. This review is just off a first listen...

When I first heard the song "You" I instantly fell in love with Raheem Devaughn's soulful voice. It warms you over like a tall glass of warm milk before bedtime. Real music has arrived with this introductory CD appropriately titled "The Love Experience" because he certianly takes you on a journey with "the rebirth of love". My favorite song on the cd is "Believe". You can tell that he is sincere in what he is singing about and that it comes from the heart. If you haven't picked up his cd you are missing a great treat. So run out, pick up the cd, put it on and prepared for him to take you away into the love experience. Also check out his mixed tapes "The Street Experience" to hear his versatility.

Pros: You Can Enjoy Every Song on the CD
Cons: It's taking to Long for Another One
I honestly had no idea who this brotha was until my friend called me from nyc to tell me about this song she that she loves that they have been playing on the radio called "You". So I got the song and instantly fell in love. His music is soulful and heartfelt. His voice is as soothing as a warm glass of milk before bed. What really clinched the deal for me when I got the cd was that each song had a message. Something that alot of today's music lacks. If you haven't had a chance to check this brother out you are missing out on a treat. Also check out his mixed tapes "The Street Experience"

This is an amazing album. Raheem is classified in my book, as a musical genius: his harmonies and exquisite chords fit so well together. Every note is perfect, every background line is perfectly placed, every ad lib fits.....

I live in the DC area and there's been quite a buzz about Raheem for a while so when I heard the first cut I thought "oh my goodness" he reminds me of Marvin Gaye, which is unbelievable in and of itself seeing how Marvin Gaye (imo) is/was the best R&B male vocalist to ever sing a note.
Raheem's sensuality drips across this cd. I just hate that many people will download it for free and not support him by purchasing the full cd from a store. Raheem's lyrics are heartfelt and well written. His phrasing, his breathy intonations are wonderful! He paints a love experience on each and every song. It's so nice to have a male R&B singer who actually CAN sing!

This cd is incredible, with tracks like Believe, Ask Yourself, and Who; I was blown away. His voice is smooth and the lyrics are sexy without a doubt. I am glad to see more artist emerging from the DC area. This album is definitely on point. Buy it, Love it, Cherish it.

I've waited a looong time for this album, but it's been worth the wait. Raheem Devaughn's "The Love Experience" is the best album I've bought in a long time. He can sing, unlike many male artists out on the market. Most of his lyrics are thoughtful and sound like something I'd like to hear from my own man! My favorite tracks are "Guess Who Loves You More," "Believe," and "You." I prefer his ballads, and I like his use of guitar. Nice job!

This artist is off the charts! His vocals are steaming HOT to compliment his soulful beats. Mr. DeVaughn is well on his way to success. I'd advise all to check out his cuts "The Love Experience", "Ask Me", and his single, "Guess Who Loves You More". I promise you will be in for a delicious treat! Make sure you show some love and support by buying his debut album "The Love Experience" which will be dropped later this month (June 2005). Wishing you good listening...Khia87ok
