After a mysterious and bloody airplane crash, 48 survivors are left stranded on a Pacific Island... miles off course. It soon becomes apparent that they will not have to cope only with the forces of nature, but with the island's secrets, including the Dharma Initiative, the 'Lost Numbers', the "others" (or hostiles) and the strange black smoke- to name a few. There is also much more than meets the eye, as it becomes apparent that everyone is connected in some way and that everyone has a purpose to live on the island... and for some, to die

Cons: If I told you that why would you watch it?
Okay, if you watched Season One then you're a complete idiot to stop there. In Season Two a lot of crazy stuff happens of course and John becomes literally obsessed with those god damn numbers. The special features are pretty sweet on the bonus disc to, so go buy, borrow, or steal this now. Oh well, If you hate LOST, I hate you. I said good day!

I never really had an interest to watch this show but a friend loves it and lent me her box set, and i instantly loved it, and became hooked!!!!

Cons: I can't say anything bad about this disc set.
I just added this to my DVD collection. Totally worth the money to me. I bought it at Target for less than $40 and got a $5 gift certificate too.
