Los Piratas
Spanish rock band Los Piratas burst on the local scene with the release of a self-titled record in 1992, followed by Quiero Hacerte Gritar in 1993. Playing alternative and pop/rock songs in their native language, Los Piratas became on the the most popular numbers in Spain during the mid-'90s. After issuing a compilation of greatest hits called Fin (De la Primera Parte), Presuntos Implicados' Juan Luis Giménez and Vicente Sabater produced Ultrasónica, released by Warner Music in 2001.
