    Pros: Easy to set up and use; clear image

    Cons: instruction book not any good

    I have never had a web cam and decided on this one because of the reviews I've read. It was really easy to set up. Once I figured out how to adjust the color/
    brightness/
    saturation so I didn't look so bad. My only bad comment is that the instr...uction book that came with it didn't really tell me anything and I had to figure it all out myself, where to find the different items to click to get what I wanted. All in all I love the 5000 pro and have suggested it to my friends. Read more Less

    Pros: very very easy to install

    Cons: $ is more than wanted to spend but worth it

    I liked it so much I am going to buy my family members in Texas and Alabama one so we can keep in close touch.
