    captures the immagination from the begining. I have seen this movie once, and that was in 1976 when it was in theaters. It has been my favorite movie ever since.

    Though I've never read the novel this movie is based upon, I must say that this is an excellent movie. The acting is great (especially the old man in the second half of the film). Not only is this a superb take on utopias and man's inhumanity to ma...n, but also on the hippie, sex-filled days of the 60s and 70s. Only one bad thing that I can see: Box. If you've ever seen the film, you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you've never seen it before, watch it. Box is almost humorous. Read more Less
